A virtual machine (VM) is a software computer that, like a physical computer, runs an operating system and applications. Every VM has virtual devices that provide the same functionality as physical hardware. Every VM is an isolated computing environment where users can deploy virtual machines as desktop or workstation environments, as testing environments, or to consolidate server applications.

VM functionality will include CPUMemory, access to storage, and network connectivity from the hosts they run on.

You can request a Virtual Machine here: http://broad.io/vm.
