Africans, African-Americans, and Afro-Caribbeans at Broad, better known as A4C, is a subgroup of Shades@Broad that aims to enhance the experience of Broadies who are part of the African Diaspora by partnering with other Broadies to build community, inclusivity, and belonging.
By providing a safe space to share experiences, advocating for changes in oppressive systems, and furthering our professional and personal development, A4C aims to create a system of success for Broadies of African, African-American, and Afro-Caribbean descent.
A4C strives to promote cultural awareness through open dialogue, celebratory events, and educational campaigns, while developing a space for allies to partner and contribute to creating an inclusive culture at Broad. Subscribe to the Shades@Broad Calendar to learn about A4C's upcoming events.

Come join LatinX@Broad Knit Night! All are welcome to learn and craft. During each knit night, lessons on the different fiber arts will be taught and we will discuss how this art form fits into Latin culture.
