The Enterprise Systems group is a unit of IT which provides, maintains and manages sustainable and scalable systems in support of the institute's business activities. Enterprise Systems oversees the design, development, and maintenance of solutions, process improvements and reporting tools. The group works closely with central administrative offices, programs and platforms. The primary systems supported are SAP, ADP, Coeus, SciQuest, Web Req and EARS.

Requests for service to report a bug or an issue are managed through the RT Ticket system (bussys queue). When submitting a help ticket, please include as much information as possible including the system, what you were trying to do when the error occurred, what transaction was being used, any error message you received, and, if possible, a screen shot of the problem.
